Eglent Bici is a real estate professional through and through, as well as a proud and devoted father to two amazing daughters, Mei and Noa. His journey in real estate began after moving to the UK as a refugee in 1999. By 2001, while working multiple jobs to support his family and save for future investments, he crossed paths with Chris, a real estate agent and broker, who became a pivotal figure in his life. Eglent started working part-time for Chris, preparing properties before showings by opening windows, removing clutter, and ensuring everything was perfect for prospective clients. This role, though initially small, ignited his passion for real estate.

Eglent discovered that he could earn more in just a few hours on weekends with Chris than through his full-time job, and this sparked his love for properties and the real estate industry.

In 2006, Eglent returned to Albania and took his passion further by opening his own real estate office. He simultaneously pursued a university degree in Property Law, earning a Master’s in 2013. During this time, he continued to manage his Century21 Mei Properties office, which became one of the top-performing offices for several years.
